The following Terms and Conditions are designed for Treasures by Hope and may be used for photography sessions and client agreements.

By booking a photography session with Treasures by Hope, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.

All photographs taken during the session remain the sole property and copyrighted work of Treasures by Hope.

By participating in a photography session, the client grants Treasures by Hope permission to use any photographs taken for:

• Website galleries
• Social media posts
• Printed advertisements
• Promotional materials
• Portfolio displays
• Marketing campaigns

If the client does not wish for their images to be used for promotional purposes, they must notify Treasures by Hope in writing before the photography session begins.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and ensuring that all participants are prepared for the session.

For sessions involving children, pets, or outdoor locations, clients acknowledge that cooperation and environmental conditions may affect the final results.

Treasures by Hope is not responsible for:

• Injuries, accidents, or allergic reactions that may occur during or after the session
• Damage to clothing, props, or personal property
• Uncooperative behavior by children or pets
• Weather conditions or location-related hazards
• Delays caused by participants arriving late
• Technical failures beyond reasonable control

Clients participate in photography sessions at their own risk and assume responsibility for the safety and supervision of themselves, their children, and their pets.

The photographer retains full artistic control over the style, composition, editing, and final selection of delivered images.

Final edited photographs will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of booking. Delivery timelines may vary depending on workload and session complexity.

Sessions may be rescheduled due to severe weather, illness, or emergencies. Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Full payment or any required deposit is due as agreed at the time of booking. Images may not be delivered until all balances are paid in full.

Clients agree to release and hold harmless Treasures by Hope and its photographer from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in the photography session.
